I’ll periodically update this page so that anybody who’s interested can see our revenue and expenses.

I’ll first list our annual overhead, which amounts to $421.78

Meetup Account (Unlimited)


Billed every 6 Months, this allows for 100+ members and dues management



WordPress Acct (Basic) + First Domain (

Billed annually, this is a basic account with templates plus initial domain registration


Second Domain (

Billed annually, this is used as the primary domain


Zoom Account (Pro)

Billed annually, this allows for meetings over 45 min. and extra features


This averages out to a monthly overhead of $35.15. We recoup most of this through membership dues (on Meetup) and Patreon donations:




Currently have 44 members paying $8.75 annual membership dues ($10 minus $1.25 processing fee)




Currently have 6 patrons committed to various amounts

Any surplus – $341.34 (estimate) for 2021 – will be put toward perks and special events:

  • Accommodations for Stoicon-X Los Angeles
  • Equipment for volunteer events
  • Merchandise design & production
  • Coffee, treats, and swag for regular meetings
